Особое место в этом вопросе занимают библиотеки, не относящиеся напрямую к воспитанию обучающихся, как школы и высшие учебные заведения, но полностью подходящие для исполнения этого за счет реализации своей просветительской функции. Просвещение тесно связано с задачей воспитания, поскольку оно является частью социализации пользователей, а популяризация преимуществ и ценностей российского образа жизни становится стратегической задачей государственных учреждений. Цель статьи – показать необходимость возрождения в вузах культуры направления подготовки библиотекарей, которые обладали бы компетенциями для решения стратегических задач государственной культурно-воспитательной политики по защите, сбережению и укреплению традиционных общечеловеческих ценностей и российской идентичности, особенно при работе с детьми и молодежью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Due to the multiple increase in internal and external challenges to national culture and values, the implementation of educational functions, especially among teen-agers and young people, becomes the key one in maintaining the stability of the moral potential of society. A special place in this issue is occupied by libraries that are not directly related to the education of students as schools and higher educational institutions, but are fully suitable for this through the implementation of their educational function. Enlightenment is closely related to the task of education, since it is a part of users socialization.
