Статья посвящена проблеме подготовки кадров для научно-технических библиотек и описывает возможные модели подготовки таких специалистов в высших учебных заведениях. Актуальность исследования обусловлена повышенным вниманием со стороны государства и общества к научно-техническим библиотекам и отсутствием кадрового ресурса, готового к реализации социальных отношений и социальных функций, которые возлагаются на библиотеки при реализации стратегии технического и интеллектуального суверенитета страны. Цель статьи – предложить решение проблемы обеспечения кадрами научных и научно-технических библиотек в русле современных наук об образовании. Поставлен вопрос об актуализации трудовых функций, обозначенных в профессиональном стандарте «Специалист по библиотечно-информационной деятельности» для специалистов научных библиотек. Проанализированы 4 основные педагогические модели подготовки специалистов для научных и научно-технических библиотек. Сделан вывод о необходимости проработки вопроса о трудовых функциях современных специалистов научных библиотек отраслевой наукой, практикой и образованием.
The article is devoted to the problem of personnel training for SciTex libraries and describes possible models of training such specialists in universities. The relevance is due to the increased attention from the state and society to SciTex libraries and the lack of the human resource ready to implement social relations and social functions assigned to libraries in the key of implementing the strategy of technical and intellectual sovereignty of the country. The purpose of the article is to propose a solution to the problem of staffing SciTex libraries in the line with contemporary science of education. The question is raised on the need to update the labor functions indicated in the professional standard “Specialist in library and information activities” for the staff of SciTex libraries. The 4 main pedagogical models of training specialists for research and SciTex libraries are revealed. The conclusion is made about the need for joint study of the issue of the labor functions of contemporary specialists of such libraries by industry science, practice and education.
