Рассматриваются возможности регулирования авторских прав в деятельности библиотек. Особый акцент сделан на анализе конкретного примера по иску правообладателя к ГПНТБ СО РАН, который позволяет наглядно представить возможности защиты интересов пользователей в суде. Предлагаются пути обеспечения доступа пользователей к объектам интеллектуальной собственности в библиотеках.
The possibilities of copyrights regulation in library activity are considered. Special attention is paid to the analysis of a real example of a right owner action against SPSTL SB RAS, which allows clearly demonstrate the possibilities of protecting the interests of users in the court. The ways to provide users' access to the objects of intellectual property in libraries are offered.
