Выявляются и определяются базовые принципы проектирования, характерные требования к объемно-пространственной композиции зданий, сформировавшиеся под влиянием информационных технологий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with the design of a new type of buildings (media-library), which appeared as a result of the transformation of the traditional library under the influence of contemporary social, economic and technological conditions.
