Представлен материал по теории и практике формирования технологических стратегий. Рассматриваются основные виды технологических стратегий, цели и этапы их реализации в библиотеках. Приводятся примеры стратегических планов технологического развития библиотек.

The article is dedicated to theory and practice of technology strategies formation. Considered are basic types of technology strategies, objectives and stages of their implementation in the libraries. The examples of strategic plans for technological development libraries are given.
