Дан анализ трансформации системы централизованного комплектования в новом информационном ландшафте. Рассматриваются изменения содержания понятия «библиотечный фонд», технологии отбора и приобретения ресурсов, интеграция внешних ресурсов в структуру фондов. Выделяются факторы влияния на управление создания ресурсной базы СО РАН, определяются подходы к дальнейшему развитию Централизованной библиотечной системы СО РАН.

Analysis is given of the transformations of the centralized acquisition system in a new information landscape. The authors consider changes in the contents of the notion «library fund», in technologies of resources selection and aquisition, integration of external resource in the structure of the fund. Factors influencing the management of resource base creation in SB RAS are defined, approaches to further development of the Centralized library system of SB RAS are determined.
