Bibliometric analysis as a method of evaluating a university lecturer activity (to Galina Ivanovna Sbitneva 70th anniversary)

Abstract

The article presents the papers bibliometric analysis results of G. I. Sbitneva - an assistant professor of the Deparment of documentary communications technology of Kemerovo State Institute of Culture. The stages of researcher's development are disclosed for 1976-2017. The dynamics of the author scientific-methodical work is presented. The publications are analyzed by publications places and types, content. Main research fields of the author’s study have been identified: bibliographic activities, individual areas of librarianship, higher library-information education and information activities. The content of the final qualifying works under the leadership of Galina Ivanovna is considered. As the bibliometric analysis result of scientific-pedagogical activity it was determined that the jubilee professional activity is not steadily developing, and G.I. Sbitneva’s scientific-pedagogical experience is widely demanded at the university and professional library community.
