Promotion of ideas and information literacy by UNESCO and IFLA: discussion in the capital city and the region

Abstract

The results of the international expert meeting on adaptation of Media and Information Literacy Curriculum for Teachers for Russia are considered. The advocacy campaign «Days of the UNESCO program “Information for All” in the Kuzbass» is characterized. The contribution of the founder of the IFLA Information Literacy Section Professor H. Lau to these activities (Mexico) is marked.
