They were looking for webinar recordings, full texts of regulatory documents, announcements of professional events, scenarios of events, information on advanced training courses. The main attention of library staff was focused on access to full texts of scripts for events, recordings of webinars and announcements of professional events. Some survey participants identified problems in accessing professional information on the library’s website. It was concluded that professional information posted on the websites and portals of libraries needed structuring and clarifying entries used.
