ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ КАЧЕСТВА НАУЧНОГО ЖУРНАЛА
Abstract
The article contains an analysis of the method for evaluating scientific journals used by the All-Russian Committee of Certification as well as an analysis of the index of a scientific journal integration in the system of
scientific communications, proposed by the Vernadsky National Library of the Ukraine. A new method for
calculating a journal's scientific quality index is developed on the basis of these two methods. A method for compensation prevention is proposed. The problem of publication fee is analyzed and the way of its solution is described. An algorithm for the application of the journal's scientific quality index to the analysis of scientific output is proposed.
