История и современные реалии коммуникации науки и общества в Японии

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются ключевые этапы становления и развития коммуникации науки и общества (КНО) в Японии. Анализируется влияние государственной политики, культурных факторов и крупных кризисов на эволюцию форм научной коммуникации — от традиционного просвещения к диалоговым и цифровым моделям. Особое внимание уделено переходу от модели ОПНиТ (общественное понимание науки и технологий) к ВОНиТ (вовлечение общественности в науки и технологии), а также роли катастрофы на АЭС Фукусима-1 в переосмыслении роли науки в обществе. Японский опыт КНО представляет уникальный пример сочетания высоких технологий с уважением к традиционным ценностям знания.
